How much do you tip if you park a car in the DC downtown garage on a daily basis?

Standard is to tip when you get the car. $3-5 is about right. Especially if they bring it quickly. More ($10) if it is an event, long line, etc. and they are literally running to the spots to drive the cars up.
I would tip this regularly at the Four Seasons and Marriott Downtown Baltimore. I think that is standard.
If you're pulling up in a Tesla - tip $10.
