Can you provide a citation discussing this? Maybe once we know more about it, we can answer you. But I haven't been able to find any evidence that Kerry did go to Israel during their election.

All in favour of Macron

I hear French voters live in US and Canada voted 80% or so for Macron.

I have so little faith in voters to make reasonable decisions anymore after last year
