We don't live in KPW but have friends that do, it really is a great neighborhood. Lake Royal is a huge plus - nice playground and lots of space for kids sports (baseball, soccer), plus the lake and its trail are fantastic. Very family-friendly. We live in Burke Centre, not too far from KPW, highly recommend that as well if you haven't looked there yet.
