I don't have a problem with DH going into my purse either. But your opinion and mine on this matter is not the issue - it bothers her and she talked to him. If something bothers me and I talked to him repeatedly about it and he ignored me, continued to do it (super disrespectful and shows he is an ass) AND caused me additional stress by leaving out my stuff without telling me, we'd have issues.

Cannot believe they made you reschedule the appointment. What, they needed proof that your daughter wasn't an imposter? It's not like a passport is a guarantee of payment, anyway. They should have a copy of her card in her record.

Yea, it's really weird your pediatrician would require a passport. I think this may be a troll.

This doesn't solve your problem with your asshole husband, but I sometimes forget my wallet at home. Not much anymore, but it used to be often enough that I took an extra credit card (it was my emergency card that I never used and had a $0 balance) and wrapped it in paper and taped it up. I stuck that in a zipper pocket in my purse so that if I forgot my wallet again, I'd at least have access to some money to get gas or lunch or whatever. Now I have apple pay on my phone, which I've only had to use once.

But my issue is moving my wallet from my purse to the diaper bag and forgetting to move it back. My husband wouldn't such a douchebag as to take all my money/credit cards and leave me with nothing. You've got bigger problems on your hands if you've talked to him about the inconvenience and how much it affects you and he's just blowing you off. What a jerk!

This. There's no reason you should be mad he goes in your purse.

How would that help? He's going into her purse and not putting things back. He'll take the extra card and NOT PUT IT BACK. Put a lock on your purse.

Wow. Take it down a notch, psycho.

I could excuse this once or twice if he did it while i was in the shower or something and he needed to complete an online order. But not regularly.

He's being an ass and sounds creepy. The way he ignores your multiple mentions of invasion of privacy wigs me out. Unacceptable.

Start hiding his car keys

He's being incredibly disrespectful and rude. I would be really annoyed if I had to check my wallet every time I left the house to make sure my DH didn't take my stuff.

It's not that I would be annoyed if he used my CC - but he needs to say something! Whenever DH needs a few 20's in cash he always tells me if he's getting it from my purse. NBD. Same if I need to use one his credit cards. Also, nbd. However, doing this without saying something would be really annoying.

Plus you would never know if you needed to cancel your CC because it had been lost/stolen or just taken by your spouse. This by itself would drive me insane. If he took the passport out of my purse without saying anything and I didn't have it when I needed it at the doctors, I would have been beyond angry! That's sending a clear message that my time is worthless. He would never hear the end of it and it would be on him to fix it.

You're kind of a being a doormat about this. And it will not stop until you grow a backbone.

So why did he take DD's passport? He forgot his own?
