Cannot believe they made you reschedule the appointment. What, they needed proof that your daughter wasn't an imposter? It's not like a passport is a guarantee of payment, anyway. They should have a copy of her card in her record.

How would that help? He's going into her purse and not putting things back. He'll take the extra card and NOT PUT IT BACK. Put a lock on your purse.
