Maybe it's different for celebs, but my friend tried that and the judge ruled against her. Said she had no say over who or what her ex did with the kids during his time. She didn't want the kids spending time with his new girlfriend until they had been together at least 6 months.

Sure, she was with him before he was a celebrity, but she stayed along for the rise to stardom. My initial thought is, don't claim this BS now when you could have backed out long ago if you didn't like his lifestyle.
