I chose to buy in the BCC cluster, because it was the best commute given my job in DC thus allowing me to spend more time with my kids. YMMV

My understanding is that 25 for 9th grade and then unlimited for 11th. Is that correct?

I would say the same for RM.
Poolsville is a great school but it is not very diverse because the school is 3/4 magnet. The 1/4 is predominantly White and 3/4 is the usual magnet crowd.
