I guess I could call your post equally weird? Who goes to the effort to criticize someone for posting for food ideas in a food forum! I have a kid who needs protein or she has issues with emotion regulation- I've tried a bunch of things and am looking for new ideas. I try to focus on being kind to others honestly (and she eats peanut butter for lunch so trying to diversify)
NP - OP my DS has the same issue. He needs protein and it's hard to keep up with good ideas- DS will like something for awhile then start refusing. We need a lot of ideas too. Smoothies with Greek yogurt, banana, and real nut butter works well. It has a lot of sugar so DS doesn't eat it everyday. Avocado and egg on toast (may not travel well but extremely healthy), and simple nut butter on a whole wheat English muffin with a boxed milk.
