Subject: Disney Cruise leaving from Port Canaveral
The Hapton Inn is a nice place to spend a day or 3 before the cruise. We parked at the cruise terminal. Parking was $80 for a 4-night cruise.

We left the day before which was good for us but I do see the draw of doing it same day but I was too nervous to have flight delayed etc.

We flew the day of both times, but we always fly early morning since it's cheaper. Took a taxi from Orlando airport to the terminal for about $90. Much cheaper than the Disney transport.

We flew the day of and used the ground transfers. Did it three times. It was easy and nice not to worry about luggage.
I never priced out the other options mentioned here though.
