I like it.
I've got a couple HA things for adult women--one tee, one knit skirt and one knit pair of pants. I get xs but they are not at all boxy. I had to stop buying their stuff for my girls because it was cut so boxy but the women's stuff does not seem to be. Their cotton is high quality.

I think you can do better on finding a casual summer dress like that. It just looks like a child's dress in a woman's size to me.

Yep. I can totally see it with a jean jacket. Once I started with the white cardigan that was all I could see and I didn't like it. The jean jacket takes it away from the uniform look. Good call.
