ice (1/2 cup)
yogurt (size of single serve)
Milk (1/4 cup... regular, almond, whatever)
fruit (1/2 cup... anything this is what changes the taste, start with strawberries, frozen is fine)
splash of something sweet (orange juice, honey, agave)

Thanks to this threat. I also want to know some new recipe for smoothies. My kids complain all the time because I always give them the same old smoothie my mom taught me and even I, am bored with the taste now.
