Even on a beautiful model with flawless shoulders and skin, the cold-shoulder blouses look awful (to me). Like the designer or clothing maker got bored or ran out of new ideas and just churned these pieces out and said "Here--let's call this fashion and see how many people fall for it." A very silly look, and it is a waste of perfectly usable fabric.

I have nice shoulders - I work them out. This trend is not cute on anyone older than 24.

It's a way to camo flabby upper arms and still show skin.
