opioids have become an epidemic on the cape.
We have a house in Falmouth and opioids have ruined the Cape. Needles on the playground near our house. It's still great for tourists but goddamn the locals are suffering. That being said as a single mom I'd do a cruise for the kids club.
We are in Chatham and I haven't seen any of that yet. But it's more of a summer and retiree town so a different population than the lower Cape.
