He's gained 60lb in the last 10 years and thinks he still wears a large tshirt. We see his fat quite clearly. It makes me 100% unattracted to him.

I do most of the laundry, and the policy is that anything with holes gets tossed. I let DH know, so he can replace. He buys his own clothes.

I open all the mail and take care of 99% of everything. We both know what's going on. I take care of all the day to day stuff as I'm not working, he is. I'd rather him spend the time with us when he is home when I can easily take care of it. I also buy all his clothing as he hates shopping and its just easier if I shop for everyone. Most guys I know don't care. He's glad to have me deal with it all. I get a lot on clearance. Its not abuse to open mail and go through his stuff.

You have to realize that these men are true environmentalists - they use things until they wear out instead of buying new stuff all the time.
You can go buy all the environmentally friendly organic this or that but your husbands have you best because they don't overconsume.

Not clothes, but boxers, socks and undershirts. I have a stash I buy when his regular brand is on sale. When I see fraying boxers or stained undershirts, I toss them and put a new replacement in the clean laundry. He knows. He doesn't think it's magic that his stuff never gets worn out.

No. I have other things I'd rather do with my time. I'm a big fan of boundaries, plus I don't want to get into a mommy role.

I make a pile and he goes through to pull out anything he must have. Granted he has three times more clothes than me and many had the tags still attached when we started dating.
The only thing I've ever tossed was a white velour jumpsuit straight out of the early 90s. After I laughed so hard I cried, took photos for future reference and teased him for ages.

Now I regret the loss of the jumpsuit - aka best Halloween costume.

All the time. I also open his mail. He lost the right to open his mail when our insurance cards expired, he knew that they had expired, and did not bother opening the new ones to give me mine. I have a compounded medication that I have to make a special trip for and can't afford without insurance. He knew I was going to pick up my medication and did not give me the new insurance card. I was livid when I found out and I revoked his mail privileges.

DH came walking out of the house in a pair of pleated khaki pants from the 1990s. I told him that he could kiss them goodby. Later I found an old picture of him in the same pants and button down denim shirt. I showed him the picture. he laughed and willing gave them up.
