Have lost more than 30 lbs in 60 days but I have also taken the diet very seriously, tracked calories and added a lot of exercise. Doctor said 90 days, maybe 120 if things were going well. Have to go back once a month to get BP checked and get weighed. Will see what happens after the 120 days but life with an appetite suppressant is bliss. I am just not tempted at all by food and normally a big glass of water gets me over any twinge of hunger. A lot of times, I have to eat even though I am not hungry.
Wish I could stay on it forever.

How overweight were you?

My issues arent going to be everyone's issues--I started last week on a phen topomax combo and the weight loss has been great--10 lbs this week with no hunger at all. I've forced myself to eat about 800 calories a day (I was 201 lbs last sat and 191 now). It might be issues with the topomax, or issues with sleep (I fall asleep fine, but have been waking up at about 2am wide awake and unable to go back to sleep) but the cumulative effect has been tremendous mental confusion and terrible (really terrible) mood swings.
You lost 10 lobs in one week? How on earth can that be a good thing?
