Well, kind of free. You're paying a marked up price for the shoes and losing time over just ordering online. I agree it's good to get fitted by someone at a store every 4-5 years or so, but more often is not really useful IMHO.

Pacers...I wear Saucony Kinvaras but it really depends on your needs.
