Agree with the recommendation to see a deem for Larissa, and go to Ulta brow bar for a lesson on how to fill them in with makeup until they grow in.

Go back and look at Michelle Obama's brows beginning their first year at the White House. Her brows were pencil thin. Later you see them filled in. Years of plucking, her brows will never fill in. She wears fake brows.
You can buy eyebrow filler that looks like hair until yours grow in again.
