You might want to get a real estate license and affiliate with a company that will allow you to work on the weekends doing rentals. You might also do Sunday open houses so that you can learn about sales. Good wishes.

x2 or 3, whatever we're up to. Find something in your private life that you feel good about - crafts, playing sports, whatever - and do that. Use that to buoy your self-esteem when it takes a hit. Make the donuts at work and spend the additional energy getting the job that will make you more satisfied.
