I have feet exactly like this. Tough, cracked and dry. It didn't work for me. There was some peeling but not to the extent where my feet were baby soft. I did soak my feet before the peel and every other day after that

It's the sayacilic acid that is causing the warning.

I absolutely loveeee this stuff! Yes your feet will look utterly gross for about 1-2 weeks but after all the peeling is done you will have baby soft feet. Its become a routine for me. I normally do it 3-4 times a year. Try it, you won't be disappointed

I did it more than a year ago and my feet still feel (and look) great by regularly using an Amope and lactic acid foot cream.

+1

You start by soaking your feet first in water for 30 minutes or more, scrub and clean well. Then use babyfoot. I kept it for longer than what was recommended. I also did not throw away the product after using it. I ziplocked it and then used it again later. On my knees and elbows and my hands.

The first few days it did not peel at all, but I kept soaking in water every day. And then all of a sudden it was peeling heavily. Very satisfying. My feet were exactly like an article described it - a middle aged python having a mid-life crisis!

One tip - wear cotton socks in bed to prevent bits of skin shedding when you sleep. I usually use the comfort socks that airline give during a long flight.

I tried it after all the holiday posts! It worked really well for me. I'd say if you enjoy the biore strips in that wierd sick way, then this is your thing!
One of my heels was in really bad shape and this made it so much better. I want to do it again, before spring. Anyone a regular on here? How long do you wait between treatments?
Oh, and I second the pp who said don't do it with polish on! Put polish on when you're done shedding!
