If you are ANA positive you should definitely get a higher level consult with a MFM and/or RE/RI to see how this impacts your fertility. Someone I know was +ANA but - for lupus but had to be on blood thinners to stay pregnant. I'd think you need to be on lovenox at the least and maybe also possibly prednisone. I'd really hate for you to learn after you have a loss that you needed those medications.

yes, they test people with repeated/unexplained failures.
