6:30-7:30 - shower, make coffee, get dressed, out the door
7:30 -8:30/9 - commute
9:00am arrive at work
9:00 - 12:00pm sit at desk
12:00 - 1:00 pm - on a good day go for a walk to the food trucks. some days just sit at desk and eat lunch
1:00 pm - 6pm - sit at desk
6:30 - 7:30 commute (sit in a car)
7:30 - 8:30 get groceries/dinner
8:30 arrive home
8:30 -9:00 get comfy
9:00 - 10:00 make dinner or eat take out
10:00 - 11:00 pm watch netflix/read/shower
11:00-midnight- read/sleep.
How can I make time to work out?
Im so exhausted after work. I just crash. I feel so unhealthy.
Tough commute. Here are some options:
1. join a gym near your work, drive there first thing and work out, shower, get to work
2. join a gym near your work, work out and shower during your lunch hour
3. join a gym near home, work out 7:30-8:30. make meals on weekends and just reheat [this is tough, hard to work out after a full day of working and commuting].
4. join a gym that has locations near work and home, do the morning workout thing few days a week, workout on weekends.
