Also, settlements were halted completely for 10-11 months multiple times and Abbas took absolutely zero action to discuss peace, strike a deal, or even stop the incitement or violence.
There is a sizable portion of Christians in the Arab community in Israel. Current e vents show us your lifespan as a Christian in Muslims controlled areas is short. Israel doesn't kill you if you're Christian.

Why do you find it fascinating?
Because it's this weird, atavistic battle between a Western surrogate and a colonized people. It's like watching dinosaurs fight.
If only Israel were an extinct dinosaur
That's not an evenhanded comment. Kind of biased.

The existence of Israel is the only reason Palestine is even contemplated as an independent state. If Israel didn't exist, and because of its existence, make the Palestinian issue a convenient tool for the rest of the Arab world, the rest of the Arab world would exterminate the Palestinians in very short order. Just see what Assad has been doing in Aleppo and I think you'll understand the drill.
Re-write history? Check. Deflect to Aleppo? Check. Your formula is pretty tired Bucko.
If Israel continues its settlement activities it will either be an Apartheid state or it will have to undertake expulsions. Which option to you prefer and why?
jeff you are on a roll tonight - if schumer saw your posts, he'd be throwing things around his office.![]()

And, at a news conference last year, Bennett said that Asian countries could become Israel’s closest friends, because they “lack a heritage of anti-Semitism” found in the West. But China and Japan backed the resolution, too. In fact, Asian diplomats in Tel Aviv tend to laugh when asked whether they would play a role as Israel’s protectors at the United Nations. “We’re not a very active player in this conflict, and I think that would continue to be the case,” one high-ranking Asian diplomat told me. “We want to maintain our distance and focus on other issues.”
