Some friends of ours are doing this camp this summer:
http://dcadventurecamp.com/ and I've heard other parents say good things about it. Also, many churches have summer camps. They are generally cheap, with some level of religious instruction, and you can't find much info about them online (in my experience). But if you call churches near you they may have some good offerings.
