And to his supporters, surely you know he's cheating the system...do you care?
He paid what the law required him to play. That's not cheating.
Exactly!
I don't understand why this is controversial. He uses every legal method to decrease his tax liability even if it means paying no taxes.
I do the very same thing - obviously not in the same income league but I also pay very little in taxes though my income is substantial. I have the benefit of an excellent tax accountant and tax lawyer.
It would be dumb to pay taxes that one can legally avoid.
Holy Red Herring. Dude, you need to brush up on logical fallacies, stat!
I wonder why ALL of his taxes these last ten years are under audit!??? It looks like he is an honest broker if the IRS is looking into him that closely
OP here. How long will this alleged audit go on?! Seriously, IRS. Get on with it.
Everyone needs to ask themselves why they think Trump's taxes are under audit. The ONLY REASON why you think that is because he told you so. The guy who lies 75% of the time. The IRS cannot confirm or deny the existence of an audit, although it did say that an audit was not a reason for him not to release his returns. The entire audit is a long, thick line of Trump's bullsh!t that you all have swallowed whole.

So if you ran for president, would you or would you not release your taxes? Because THAT IS THE QUESTION.
And how do we even know he "paid what the law required him to play"? How? Oh that's right. We don't. BECAUSE HE DIDN'T RELEASE HIS TAXES.
Even if he did, you wouldn't know. To know that, he would have to release reams of underlying transactional data as well.
You really are pretty clueless about taxes, aren't you?

The same as he got away doing the birther thing: shameless and thick skinned, like most business men.
No, that was your Hillary lady.
