Don't you guys have kids? I can't lounge around in bed in the morning because my kids need breakfast and diapers changed and lunches packed, etc. I wake up every morning to the sound of my toddler calling for me.

30 min minimum, it can go on for hours if left unchecked on a Saturday. I start looking at recipes, blogs, pictures, shop, it can all go downhill pretty quick for me.

I deleted my Facebook entirely and have started logging out of Instagram each time I use it. I never realized how much time I wasted just scrolling through the popular page when I was procrastinating on something else.

Use as alarm .
Plus I listen to YouTube documentaries to drift to sleep instead of TV/radio. Works great.
