Valbreso is the most delicious sheep's milk "feta" going - I buy it in brine. (Apparently under European law only cheese made in Greece can be called feta, but this is delicious.)

This. Grab them at Giant. It's easy. Honestly, I only eat this cuisine when I'm in a rut. Nice change of pace. Salty feta is my least of my favorite cheese.

I have been making the Near East Felafel brand from a mix since college days in the 1980s. It is easy to make and pretty tasty. Feeds a lot of people.
