OP. It's a mix - a cousin, his wife, and kids (teen son and two daughters under 10). They usually get us random practical stuff (toiletries, kitchen gadgets, etc.). We see them on holidays, but aren't super close otherwise.

I'd totally suggest no giving among adults and only go gifts for kids.
