His kids are young adults. They will be fine. Or are they fragile snowflakes?
His youngest daughter actually describes herself as a liberal. I'm sure he gets an earful from her.
Are you trying to find excuses for a complete lack of decency?

Vice President-elect Mike Pence said he was not offended when he was booed by members of the audience while attending the musical "Hamilton" on Friday.
In an interview with "Fox News Sunday," Pence said it was a"great, great show," and a "real joy to be there."
"When we arrived we heard a few boos, we heard some cheers. I nudged my kids and said, 'That's what freedom sounds like,'" Pence said.
At least one of them gets it.
Pence sounds amazing.
I didn't know his kids were there when he was booed. That's disgusting.

I abhor Trump, and have a major side eye to Pence just on the basis of disagreeing with his political stance on almost everything, but standing ovation to him for this, truly. That is the appropriate response from the White House to this incident.

Every morning Republicans will wake up, read the news, cringe about the latest Trump-related scandal.
It might have been us instead, cringing about Hillary. But alas!
In the meantime, Dem will run scary adds like 'they will cut your medicare' (not mentioning that it will probably be a slow process and not a cut for those receiving benefits now, but who cares about details these days?)
It will be great.
