+1. We're open door sleepers as well. Nobody intentionally looks into people's rooms, but there's also no hysteria if someone happens to be seen undressed. Growing up back in the 70s and 80s it was the same in my parents' household. Not sure when the human body became so taboo.

I don't sleep in. I don't want to sleep in, but I love the quiet when my teen is sleeping in (maybe until 7:30, we're all early risers). Great time to get chores done, hence the need for the screwdriver.
