Yes, hire a Nanny who can come into your home & care for your child only.

This will limit his exposure to germs from another child.

How much are you looking to pay? There are lots of people on sittercity and care.com.

I'm a nanny who brings own child to work. If my child is sick my husband stays home or I use my opt. If the other child is sick I make a decision if I want to bring my child along. As a mother I would never be ok with my nanny taking my own kid to her sick kid's doctor appointment.
