I am a pretty radical liberal imo, and I have no interest in burning the flag. I think those were mostly very young urban liberals who felt a need to express their outrage. I don't understand what they hoped to gain from that and I don't condone the flag burning but I believe in their right to protest and have nothing against them making their opinions known. I just desperately hope they voted.
