My favorite scene from "Primary Colors":
Presidential candidate Jack Stanton (John Travolta as a gossamer-thinly disguised Bill Clinton) and other good ole' boys weep and wallow in their love for their dear departed Mommas -- an orgy of sentimentality that Stanton's wife, an equally-thinly disguised you-know-who (played to perfection by Emma Thompson) calls a "Mommathon."
Jack asks his young campaign aide Henry, the grandson of a revered leader of the Civil Rights Movement, "Do you still have your momma with you?"
Henry: "Yes. Well, she's in LA with my stepfather."

The one that is currently playing on all the channels. It is outrageous, preposterous, infuriating, and wildly entertaining at the same time. I think I've seen one of the lead actors on another "reality" tv show once, surprised he can make a career in Hollywood given that he looks more like a toad and less like Brad Pitt.
