So what you're saying is that your volunteer created a new account using YOUR name and email address, went into your email address to activate the account, and then continued to write a post. That's an awful lot of trust you have on your "volunteers."

You need to make the picture available on the Internet. One common way to do that is to use http://imgur.com

Then, get the URL for the picture, start a new post, click the "Img" bbcode, paste your url, click "Img" again and you are all set.
