Subject: Which stroller do you think is most popular in the city?
We love our Cruz. Wish it had a one hand fold, but now that my son can stand on his own it doesn't matter. The basket is MASSIVE and we love the extendable sun shade.

Yup - the Vista basket is absolutely massive. And even with a ton (and I mean a TON) of crap in it, it drives really well.

I walked to Trader Joe's today and the Cruz could hold 2 large bags of groceries, 3 bottles of wine (debate prep!), 2 bottles of seltzer, and a 26 lb. child and still glide up the incline of 16th Street with ease. Highly recommend!
EXACTLY. I have the Vista. It's our second car. Today I fit a (large) diaper bag, 2 nalgenes of water, 3 mega bags of groceries, and my 26 pound son. Our sidewalks are horrendous and we don't even have a lot of ramps. We have no issues.

This exactly out situation except we got a used UB Vista. And we are in the suburbs. Love the features of the uppababy!

That sounds amazing. I cannot do that with my City Mini.

Not OP but usually items that are popular mean they work well for others.

You can't beat the one hand fold of the city mini plus the near complete recline. Perfect for NYC. I've owned that, Maclaren volo, the gluxe, city mini double, a baby trend double, and a bugaboo bee. The city mini is best all around.

the GT is heavier than the regular City Mini. We have the City Mini and live on the 2nd floor walkup. We keep the stroller in the car, otherwise it's pretty cumbersome to drag the stroller up the stairs while carrying your baby when you're alone.
The City Mini is really easy to fold up and stick in your trunk. I love the maneuverability and how it feels on bumpy sidewalks.

Go for the City Mini GT if you have stairs to contend with. If not, consider the uppababy.

Go with the city mini GT if you have stairs. It's the lightest and has great maneuvering. If you don't have stairs and can roll the stroller into your home with out folding it up, go for the uppababy.
