If you need time to stop and think before you answer because in your opinion its circumstantial - depends on whether or not the attacker is a citizen or not and whether or not the attacker is white or non-white - then THAT is what's reprehensible.

I'm just wondering why people claim to be so freaked out about rape and sexual assaults, so much so they're having an aneurysm about what illegal immigrants might do, but then the same folks are quiet as hell about what's going on at college campuses EVER SINGLE DAY and turn around and let little snowflakes like Brock Turner and John Enochs get away with rape without so much as a slap on the wrist. Where's all the outrage and #WeGottaDoSomething talk in those instances?

I want a solution that is practical. I have always advocated for raising the penalty on American businesses who hire illegals. Reduce the demand, you will see a reduction in supply. How is this guy making money to survive? How did he pay for the bus ticket? I'm thinking someone hired him and paid him under the table.
