Make it a drop off party. Do CeC just before dinner say 4-6, get some friends to help watch kids there, rent a van to bring kids back to your house for movies and pickup around 8pm. Make the home part of the party themed around the more complicated party.
PP here. I should have mentioned they are B/G twins- so girls at the complicated party at home, boys to CEC. That's the plan, anyhow.
