In terms of why people would choose DCI over other tested options, I would say the community is one reason. I know so many awesome parents from other feeders and I'm excited to have the opportunity to be in the same school community at DCI.

Is that really in dispute? Latin, BASIS, DCI are the top three MS/HS options, right?
Have you heard of SWW and Banneker? DCI can only hope to be about 5th best...in a city with pretty weak high schools. Dream big!
I def wouldn't put DCI ahead of Hardy or SH for middle quite yet. I also wouldn't put it above SWW, Banneker.
I would say right now DCI would be similar to TR, ITS, Haynes, Cap City for middle and Haynes, McKinley, and Cap City for high school.
DCI's only 2 years old though, right? And doesn't even have it's permanent facility? Yet it's already more desirable among a certain set of families than the local and traditional offerings.
The bodes well for the school, but the envious are definitely going to come it at.
How do you determine "more desirable"?
Can't you read between the lines?

Doesn't DCI already have students who are IB for Hardy and SH and Deal?
