+2. I referenced that book a lot while pregnant.
+3 Didn't give up anything prior to pregnancy. Once I got the positive result, I cut back to 1 cup of coffee per day and a few sips of wine 1-2 times a week. Most of the food restrictions are based on the risk of listeria and some are more evidence-based than others - it's worth doing the research to see what makes sense for you to avoid.
