If not, I'd suggest visiting the town of Hot Springs and getting a cabin or suite so that you can enjoy soaking in the natural hot springs. The town itself is quaint and has one or two nice restaurants. Not a lot to do except hike, relax, and soak - which I think is perfect for a couple's retreat.
Thanks! Anywhere specific you'd recommend?
Another poster. Old Edwards inn

This. Beautiful.
Asheville has great breweries that also serve food in indoor/outdoor setting
Is this one better than the Inn on Biltmore? Trying to choose between the two.
Never stayed at the Biltmore, but you are on Biltmore grounds and it feels a little contrived. Grove Park Inn is in a beautiful old neighborhood and you do not have to take any highways to get downtown.
