From what I have read, the chance of getting pregnant does not increase much if you transfer 2 (with good prognosis), but conditional on getting pregnant you have high probability of twins (like 40% or so)

I had a freeze-all, a failed FET where I transferred one, and then I transferred two for my second FET. Both stuck! I love my twins but I went into pre-term labor and they were NICU babies. Transfer 1! For your health and the health of the embie!
