That still doesn't justify the numbers. For example, blacks make up a significantly higher portion of the prison population and crime. Even more than the Latino communities. There is an issue if this isn't addresses yet know one wants to.

You're quite incorrect. Police have no duty to de-escalate. In fact, depending on the situation they keep the level of force on level above the suspect. They are no obligation to prevent a shootout if the suspect is armed. Of course it's ideal, however not every situation ends ideally. They are trained professionals, I've worked closely with the LE community for years and it's obvious you have no understanding of the field.

The stats don't agree with your rhetoric. In the scheme of things, unjustified shootings of young black men - or even white men - is very small. There are bad officers but the amount of times this happens doesn't justify the responses in Ferguson, Baltimore or Wisconsin.
