If he lives near you, yes. If not, WHY would you bother??!??!

If it's a social media page like Facebook drop him a message.

If it's a work related email don't do it.

I'm mostly in the camp of if he wanted your details he would have given them to you.

Also the guys saying they would be flattered are the type to brag about having so many chicks after them sleep with you and dump you so take what they say with a grain of salt.

As a millennial, nothing about finding a person on social media is creepy, especially if you met them irl first and had a good time. I bet dude would be really flattered. You can always drop contact if he doesn't seem into you.

Interesting point. I'm 40, and I said it would be stalker.

You say "shizzle". No one but the desperate is attracted to you.

Take a chance. The worst that can happen is that it won't go anywhere, which is where you would be if you hadn't taken a chance anyway.

Good luck.

+1. What's the worst that will happen? He doesnt reply? You already arent connected anyway.

Not all men work the same. 3 of my 4 brothers are very tall, good looking single men. They have all been nice to women they met on trips and then were approached over SM by some women after returning home. They were not flattered by it although the women were reasonably attractive. They thought the women were desperate at best and potentially dangerous.

Your brothers sound weird and very uptight. Are you Mormons by any chance?

Even though IRL you might not be... it comes off as desperate and creepy. Sorry.

Why didn't you just ask him for his email or number when you were actually with him? That would have been fine, but it is creepy to stalk him and reach out now, not having done so.

It's already creepy because you're using the word "obsessed."

Another guy here, I say go for it, assuming the guy is single.

Between Facebook, LinkedIn, and all the other social media, it's real easy to find people with their first name and company, or first name and college, etc. I'm in my early 30's and nearly all of my single friends--male and female--Google their potential suitors. So, I don't think this aspect in and of itself is stalkerish.

It also kind of depends what your end goal is. Do you guys live in the same city? If so, you have nothing to lose. If not, and you are trying to strike up this Disney-fantasy long distance relationship off of a 1-day meeting, it may be closer to the stalker side of the spectrum.
