That's basically 100k maintenance (minus wheel alignment). Assuming the seller has done proper oil changes - transmission and engine oil (no more than 5k between oil change) - sounds like the car is well maintained. 2009 Odyssey will give you another 100 k easy providing you continue to maintain according to the owner's manual.
By the way, minivan DOES drive like a regular car, not like a truck.
