Rockville Community Nursery School is a Coop and demands a huge commitment. Plan on spending lots of time at the school to coop and perform parent jobs.

OP: curious why you are not interested in the 3 schools you mentioned). We did a tour at Children in the Shoe and it is play-based curriculum. Seems solid except that I didn't like that it's part of an office building and the playground is part of a parking lot. It's closed off but there isn't a whole lot of space.

OP here. Friends had a bad experience at Goddard. I toured KinderCare and didn't really like it. Children's Manor is not the same as Children in the Shoe; our older son went to Children's Manor and we are not interested in going back. I am looking into Children in the Shoe. Thanks!

I didn't get a great vibe from the King Farm Goddard, but you should know that each one is run separately and is not reflective of the other. If there's another one convenient for you, you may want to have a look.

The King Farm Goddard is the one my friends had a bad experience at, and unfortunately is also the only one really convenient to us.

NP here - could you give a little more detail on that, PP? What contributed to the bad experience specifically?
