Robotics? Miniatures gaming (stuff like warhammer, or historical battles, etc)? Pokemon or Magic (with the cards)? Rubiks Cube? Geocaching? Sketching? Building models?

Ditto on Scratch programming. My DD took at class at 9 yrs old and now enjoys doing it on her own.
Also, fencing. My not-at-all-interested-in-sports DD really enjoys it.
