Use HotelsTonight to book a room at a stellar hotel for her including a spa day. I just treated myself to this - got an terrific rate for a room at the Fairmont Hotel in Georgetown, then booked two spa treatments at Bliss Spa in the W Hotel. (Didn't stay at W because rooms are smaller and service at Fairmont is better) This was exactly what I needed to recharge and relax. I highly recommend this if it's within the budget.

Cost Breakdown: Fairmont is going for $170/night right now on HotelsTonight. It may or may not be a few bucks cheaper on Priceline. My spa day, which consisted of a body scrub, 105 minute massage, product I purchased, and 20% tip, came out to a little over $400 dollars.

Agree, that is not a gift for a spouse. My husband would say all the money is mine.
