It's a very family oriented neighborhood--the elementary school (Union mill) is in the neighborhood, we have multiple pools, walking trails, tennis courts, playgrounds etc. There is a convenient shopping center w a giant, Starbucks, etc. The townhouse section of the neighborhood is great and part of it is a very short walk to restaurants, stores, etc.
Lots of Korean population in Centreville. Mostly concentrated in Centre Ridge.
Union Mill is the best elementary school, Centreville is good also. Centre Ridge elementary has a lot of ESL students.
Bull Run winery is awesome. Korean food is awesome.

Let me guess: you have a Trump sticker on your car. And/or a confederate flag.
Have you been to Centreville? There are entire shopping centers that have their signs up only in Korean. They do not want English speaking customers.
I live in centreville-there are a lot of Asian businesses but I think you are exaggerating! No one ever turns down our business.

you can't get a house that big in centreville for that price anymore. The op clearly said they were looking at townhomesAnonymous wrote:I drove the hour from Brookland to a friends house warming party, saw 5 cars getting DUI tests on 66 on my way home. The worst part of Centerville is that it is too deep in Va. I would rather do Poolesville if I had to have a 400k 2600sqft colonial

Actually I'm an immigrant so no supporter of Trump. I saw the demise of Annandale. Used to be nice place to live (Annandale HS was highly regarded 30 years back) until it became Koreatown. Many of my Korean friends actually agree with my thinking.
