I like the lime pie and tres leches (or "leeches," as my auto correct so badly wants to write), and spicy chocolate cake suggestions. Or the pretend fried ice cream - crushed cornflakes with cinnamon. Yum. I care not about authenticity, clearly.

Not PP, but sure, just add some cinnamon and chili powder to dry brownie mix before adding the other ingredients. Duh.

Mexican spiced dark chocolate cake with fresh whipped cream

Pots de creme w/ chili powder

A tray of chocolate cupcakes with ganache (again w/ Mexican spice)

(Basically anything chcolate, small, and rich... With a Mexican twist.)
