London Hospital (AKA Casualty) is sometimes on Amazon Prime, but not currently.
Offspring is an Australian show set in modern times on Hulu that centers around an OB-GYN and her nutty family.

Subject: Grey's Anatomy?
OP here with an update. Decided to give it a shot since I'm off work for a few weeks. Nearing the end of season 2 and am really enjoying it! Keeps me interested, but it's not too involved that I can't do other things while watching. It's an easy show to binge watch.
