But worth it. Don't just go with the lowest price. Btdt. The benefit of a larger office is that they can stick to a timeline, and they can handle all the stuff along the way.

We are currently working with Tom and Kelly from Kamm Architecture. They are a small shop with highly personalized service. They have been very interested in our voice about needs and wants, both for design and budget, and always take our ideas up a notch to make a beautiful result. Our project is a moderate-sized addition.

15:25 poster here. I think it was around $200K or so, but that was back in 2007. Forgot to mention that it also included building a very small deck off the kitchen, new shingles on roof, and new Hardiplank siding on the entire house.
