Yes, I do think we are likely going to get scores sooner, but I'm not holding my breath for any time prior to October, quite honestly.
And yet I recall administering that test when it was two different testing periods in early spring and late spring. Must have hallucinated those 6 days.
FWIW DC says it will release its PARCC school by school scores in late August - definitely earlier than last year and individual student reports in September.
